The Women’s Fellowship operates on a budget of approx. $2600.00. Our special projects this year included a donation to Church Women United to purchase pencils for School Kits, a donation of $200.00 to the new church sign fund and greenery for the sanctuary.

The Women’s Fellowship hosted many fun events throughout the year.  These events include the Mother/Daughter banquet, Men & Boy’s Hobby Night, and the Christmas Progressive Dinner.  These events were coordinated by the Program Committee.

Our two fund raising events were a rummage/bake sale in March and the sale of our cookbook inserts.

In the area of Material Aid, we collected items for the Gift of the Heart Health Care Kits, which were sent to CWS in September and lap robes were also donated to Northwood Village nursing home.

A scrapbook night hosted by Rhonda Lipinski was kicked-off in September with another one scheduled for both October and November.  We cleaned out the storage room to make way for providing another classroom for Children’s Church.  A surprise birthday party for Pastor Don was provided and donations were collected for the Tsunami relief in honor of his birthday.

We also host Prayer Pals, support Camp Mack Women’s Camp, Church World Service and Church Women United.  Jeanne Campbell regularly attends all local Church Women United events and takes donated items to these meetings.  Gifts are given to new married couples.  We continue to update and purchase new Christmas decorations. Additionally, kitchen equipment and utensils are purchased as needed.  A Thanksgiving fellowship meal will be provided in November.

Many thanks to all of these women for their hard work and dedication.  This is a BUSY, fun-loving, spirit-led group of servants who are ready to support our congregation and community.
